I can't believe I missed the $100,000 episode of Trading Space. I've always believed that show would be more fun if they had a bigger budget. I mean, how many stripey paint schemes can a person stand? And how many weirdo plywood-based light fixtures does one have to see? There's cheap, and there's TOO cheap. I'll have to see if I can TiVo a rerun. Thank you for the heads-up.

As for your (beautiful!) Kim sweater, think like the Rowan people and name it Plush or Vixen or Kimmie. Well, I guess that's actually pretty dang close to Kim. So maybe you're already in that Rowan groove . . .

Need to come see y'all and show you my fluffy Birch, as well as the miserable new exchange sweater Kay chose for me to knit for her. One word: chenille. OK, another word: navy chenille.
